Falcon Consulting (UK) came about after the advent of Peregrine Servicecenter which was probably the most innovative and fully ITiL-Compliant Service Management system of its day. Our name is a homage to this great system - even the word 'falcon' was the default Administrator ID. As time went on, a new player came onto the block around the time that Servicecenter moved to Hewlett Packard. Servicenow, not surprisingly as it was built by Peregrine Devs, became and still is a massive, if not the Numero Uno, the Big Cheese, SM System worldwide. It is a great system and our enthusiasm in using and melding it into Service Management scenarios isn't just coding a database. It's making the seemingly rigid concepts of ITiL palatable to even the most process-averse by means of design and sheer pre-emptiveness.
