The ServiceNow CSA Exam

It was always on the cards but I spent too long waiting for someone to foot the 300USD bill. Thanks to the temporary suspension of charges by ServiceNow, I signed up and did the fundamentals course.
Having been fairly in-depth with the system for three years doing catalogue design predominantly, it was fairly second-nature. However, the gotchas lay within the detail - especially getting all setup and ID'ed by WebAssessor. My fault but suffice to say, I could have done without the distractions of having to rotate on my axis in my own living room whilst the proctor was typing instructions over a text window.
"Now spread your toes please" sprang to mind.
Anyway, after a rather leisurely stroll through the differences between, Commit, Run and Execute, I was pleased to see the word "PASS" in small letters accompanied by a certificate in my inbox.
Chuffed to have done it. Now on to the Scripting course…….
