You know when you've spent ages doing something one way and then someone else comes along and shows you an alternative, quicker way of doing the same thing ?

I spent a couple of years working with a guy who would start up task manager on servers by clicking on the start menu, selecting 'Run….' and then typing in 'taskmgr' . I left it as some fad but when he saw my right-click on the taskbar and the 'Task Manager' appeared on the menu, he was astounded.

I digress. A similar thing happened today in ServiceNow….. there *IS* an export option available from a list rather than writing reports !!!

Simply right-click on one of the column-headings !!
